What to expect?

Day 1 Resolutions

Heart, Hips, and Yoga Intentions

The first day in Mykonos will be specifically sequenced to open the heart through back bending warm ups and the hip through creative fluid movement. 1 of the BEST ways to do this is to open the creative center of the body, which happen to be the hips.  The second step is to translate that creativity to the power of your heart to manifest your intentions.

Day 2 Energise

Core Strong. Spine Long.

Are you ready to Energize your body while creating awareness in abdominals to find more lightness in your practice?  The Core is the key to your success in creating a lucid spine and deepening forward folds, stronger inversions, and a cultivating a more light practice.   As we begin to deepen our awareness of the core we can lengthen and strengthen our spine. This is when we truly begin to align.

Day 3 Mindfulness

Balanced Breath, Mindful Movement

This class is all about finding your balance through the steady flow of your breath.  We will explore our range of motion through standing postures and balancing poses to truly bring forth a mindful awareness in the power of steady respiration. Be ready to take your tree pose to the next level as we explore the fun in balance as a daily practice.

Day 4 Strength

Arm Balance, Inversions, and BEYOND

In this fun flow class I'll challenge your strength and test your skill as we find balance on our hands.  You will find the foundation for Arm Balances, Inversions, and clean transitions. We will go beyond the fancy and find the functional transitions to have you flowing effortlessly through all your favorite poses.

Day 5 “Solar Power: The Sun Salutation”

Known in Sanskrit as Surya Namaskara, Sun Salutations awaken the deep fire of purification that cleanses the body and clears the mind. Delve into a detail-oriented breakdown of the Sun Salutations and understand these simple movements as the basis for deep backbends, powerful handstands, and easy hip opening. With our breath we will find new strength to open to a more graceful practice. Sri K. Patabhi Jois and B.K.S. Iyengar have always said that the entire yoga practice is contained within the format of the Sun Salutation. Attend this workshop to better understand how a conscious practice of the Sun Salutations will unlock the keys to a graceful, effortless yet strong practice. With inspired direction, you’ll step fully into these powerful postures while nourishing your body, mind, and spirit in deeper ways than you ever anticipated.

Day 6 Breath and Bandhas

Breath is the key to all conscious movement.  When we bring awareness to our breath and the diaphragm locks within our body (Bandhas) we find graceful movement more accessible with efficiency and strength.  In this empowering workshop we will create the buoyancy needed to Balance and Invert, Float and Fold, and find that Press to Handstand. Learn to sustain energy and grow in awareness as we invite optimism to a practice of continued inversion balance.

Last Day! Continuing to set intentions and Moving forward.  


Two Hands, One CORE

In this playful practice of a workshop we will break down the fundamentals of arm-balance poses and apply them to your upside down practice.  Finding balance in the hands can be equally supported by the CORE so we can stay afloat, upside down forever more! Acquire power, balance, and strength while flowing through this Inversion workshop with optimal grace.

“Open Hips, Open Mind” 2 hours

Many new students want to see results fast and get frustrated when it takes longer than they expect. If you push too hard, you may actually sabotage your progress and jeopardize your practice. Every journey contains obstacles along the way, And most of the obstacles in the body start at the hips and shoulders. To climb the ladder of yoga into the depths of the subconscious mind it is true that we must learn to control our emotions. So why not start right at the root of all these emotions, your HIPS.  Open up and find the beauty of releasing your tension into the freedom of creativity. Unlock your full potential when you release your inHIPitions and flow into boundless life.

“Fearless Backbends”

If you enjoy a challenge but think you are too stiff to easily bend backwards, then this is the perfect class for YOU! By understanding how your body works in a safe way, you will learn what it takes to bend over backwards fearlessly. The secrets of backbends are available to you through the integration of sound anatomical principles, healthy alignment techniques, and intensely fun stretches. Dynamic movement and aligned spine extensions are the key to a healthy body.  When the spine and mind align the body is limitless and the HEART can shine!

“Handstand Lovers”

No matter how long you've practice, the handstand is a benchmark of strength and steadiness that transcends physical disciplines. From yoga, to martial arts, to gymnastics; a stable handstand is the key test of alignment and mastery. The only thing you need to join this class is a love of handstands. Whether you are a total beginner or have a stable handstand you will learn something NEW to build strength and alignment while balancing on your hands. Leave with a strength-building program that you can do every day to develop the physical and emotional strength to support your handstanding journey.


A beginners intro to all things AcroYoga!  In this partner yoga class you will learn the foundations for flight. From where to place your feet, to how AcroYogis meet and greet. Learn to give with intention and receive with gratitude as you take away some fun partner stretching techniques best for two that look really cool! We are talking solid Basing, high Flying FUN!  Grab a friend, or 2 and let’s make AcroYoga magic!

AcroYoga: Flight Therapy

The BEST warm up, or cool down to any day is a good partner stretch. AcroYoga  is a great practice to prepare you for deeper connection on and off the mat. Grab a friend and hop on your mat!  Learn to give with intention and receive with gratitude as you take away some fun partner stretching techniques best for two that look really cool!

Acrobatic Flying FUN

Got the basics down? Now it’s time to LEVEL UP!  60 minutes of pure AcroYoga creativity through a refined understanding of how poses connect. We will put A and B together. Get ready to learn your first AcroYoga “Washing Machine” and polish those transitions.
