Jake's goal is to help people realise their full potential. Whether it be in a personal practice like yoga or out in the world with business, he hopes to help you refine your skillsets and transform your passion into your purpose.

What to expect?

*Anatomic and physiological education about the scapulae and the pelvis to enable more effective pushing and pulling patterns.
*A process to increase physical awareness, and therefore more effective interaction between the nervous and musculoskeletal
We will go through the theory and practice of straight line handstand. Wrist conditioning and strengthening, shoulders flexibility, core conditioning (pelvis awareness) balancing exercises on and off the wall, pressing to handstands progressions and much more will be covered in those 4 days.
