+ Can I come to Helios by myself?

Absolutely! Solo travellers have the best time, meeting new people and dipping in and out as they please. Our moto is, come as strangers, leave as best friends!

+ Do you have free time during the day & evenings?

100% We will always schedule down time in our daily itinerary for you to read a book or chill by the pool. This is your Retreat and you can always take the time off between acyivities to hit the town or go on a little solo exploration. Our hosts are experts in the local area. If you’d like any recommendations or suggestions, just ask one of the Helios team whol will be happy to assist.

+ What sort of food do you offer at the retreats?

One of the best kept secrets at Helios is the delicious food we eat during the retreat. And because we're not a fadly "weight-loss' bootcamp or one of those starvation juice retreats, we’ll make sure you have plenty of food to refuel! We’re all about a wholesome, balanced approach to food so expect tables full of fresh, nutritious meals that we’ll enjoy together! Our local Chefs only use fresh, local produce, and always give you a taste of the local cuisine.

We’re very happy to cater for vegetarians and vegans and we’ll aim to cater for any specific dietary requirements. Make sure we’re clued up before your trip!

+ What level of fitness do I need to be to participate in Helios Retreats? I see a lot of fit people on your instagram, do I have to be super fit to join you?

All fitness levels are welcome at Helios. Our elite trainers are well prepared to cater the sessions to all fitness levels, working around any injuries and limitations you may have. Although we would love to see you participating in all workouts, we totally understand if you want to take some time out to enjoy our gorgoeus locations.

+ Start & Finish

Your retreat begins at 4pm on Day 1 of the retreat, and ends after breakfast/brunch, around 11am on our last day of retreat.

+ When should I book?

We offer discounts for signing up before certain dates, so the earlier you sign up the better your price may be. Don't forget to sign up to our newsletter and be the first to know about our release dates and exclusive offers to our memebers. Check the specific trip you are interested in to make sure you sign up before the next deadline!

+ How does the instalment payments work?

Once you confirm your place at Helios by paying the deposit, we will set up to three further automatic payments to be deducted from a credit card of your choice 60 days before the start date of the retreat.

+ Do I need to book my own flight?

You are responsible for booking your own flight. Each trip will have suggested arrival and departure details based on when we know you need to be in the airport and you can always send us the itinerary before booking if you want to double check it’s correct!

+ What if I have some injuries. Can I still attend the retreat?

Yes you can still come if you are aware your injury is not going to impact or worsen during the retreat. We kindly ask you to check with your doctor first if joining a retreat is ok. Our trainers are extensively qualified to work on some alternatives and regressions so that you can get the most out of our sessions. However, just to be on the safe side, check with your doctor first for your own peace of mind so you're able to enjoy an awesome experience.

+ Where do I fly into and when?

Fly into Mykonos International Airport if we are in Greece, Marrackech International Airport if we are in Morocco. GHB (governors harbour airport) in Eleuthera, for the Bahamas. Ngurah Rai International Airport Indonesia Denpasar for Bali. FCO Rome International Airport for Tuscany, Italy. Geneva for Chamonix, France.

Once you have booked your flights, do send us the details so we can organise the transfer for you.

+ Do I have to book my own transfer?

It depends, as a rule of thumb, no. We always cover one scheduled transfer on check in - usually at 2pm and one schedulled transfer on check out - around 11am to all guests in the retreat. This is included in our package. The retreat management can happily arrange a cab or van for trips to and from the airport outside these our free shuttles at an extra cost.

+ Can I arrive early and stay late?

Due to the turnover between retreats, we cannot accept early check ins and late check outs. You will need to purchase your flights in order to arrive/depart by given dates and time ranges for your specific trip. If you choose to arrive earlier or later than given day/time you will be responsible for the cost of transportation needed to join up with the group. You are more than welcome to drop your luggage at our retreat if you arrive ealier than our check in time and We always encourage you to to explore the area, if that option is available to you.

+ What is the level of Yoga?

We welcome yogis of all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. Yoga retreats are not just for the yogi who practices every day and can touch the floor with their elbows. Our retreats offer opportunities for growth and new experience, no matter how much time you have spent on your mat. Regardless, we suggest keeping an open mind and trying out practices that might be new to you.

+ How many classes will there be?

1-2 Yoga Classes Daily + Other workshops. 1-2 Fitness classes a day.

+ Is it safe to travel to Morocco?

Morocco is one of the safest islamic countries in the world. Our retreat is tucked into a safe and secluded area near Richard Branson's Luxury resort, The Kasbah Tamadot. Our safety is the main priority and everything desigend at the retreat has gone under a thorough inspection from us.
